Step 1: On your phone, make sure you are on the latest version of Allo by visiting its Google Play Store page.
Step 2: Open up Google Allo and at the upper left corner tap on the three bar menu option.
Step 3: In the settings, go to the chat.
Step 4: In chat page, at the top select any one option from these two mentioned below
- Export messages from chat (only includes text)
- Export media from chat (includes Photos, videos and other media files)
Step 5: then Google Allo will ask you where you want to store these files, you can choose the location and save the data to data to access later.
Step 6: Once you are done with the chat file, then you need to repeat the steps from step 1 to export the media files.
